Refund and Returns
Lock It In strive to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. We will accept and refund money if it is returned to us with in 7 days of delivery, unopened and unused. In the case that 7 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our Lock It In team will need to know your invoice number and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
